Triceps Dip

If you want to tone your arms, try this basic body weight exercise. This can be done anywhere, either at the gym, home, or a hotel room.

  1. Sit on a chair.
  2. Move your hips off the chair edge with your hands supporting your weight. You will need to walk your feet forwards.
  3. From this position, lower your body downwards letting your arms take the weight.
  4. Keep your eyes level.
  5. To return, push up from your elbows until your arms are fully extended.

Repeat the dipping movement for 10 to 12 repetitions and aim to complete 2 to 3 sets.

Don't have a bench or chair handy? Just hop down on the floor, get in a tabletop position and complete the same movement from there.
