If you want to tone your arms, try this basic body weight exercise. This can be done anywhere, either at the gym, home, or a hotel room.
Repeat the dipping movement for 10 to 12 repetitions and aim to complete 2 to 3 sets.
Don't have a bench or chair handy? Just hop down on the floor, get in a tabletop position and complete the same movement from there.
