Regular hours of operation are listed below; for special holiday hours, see our holiday hours schedule.

Monday through Thursday: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


FitKids Club Summer Hours

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


Spa Hours

Forest Café Hours
 

Monday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Membership Department Hours
 

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
