Babies and Toddlers
-Strap your baby in a carrier for a walk or in the stroller as you jog
-Visit toddler friendly playgrounds

Preschoolers
-Explore the outdoors with a family walk

-Join a preschool swimming class
Elementary School Children
-Encourage your child to try a sport they enjoy
-Outdoor activities: hiking, running, jump rope, kickball, biking, soccer and more
-Find a workout routine you can do as a family
Tweens and Teens
-Support your teen if they are currently participating in sports
-Encourage an active lifestyle: go camping, hiking, running, or biking together; play catch, Frisbee, or table tennis; shoot hoops or play tennis; take yoga or dance classes
-Schedule family workouts, even if it’s a walk after dinner
