LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ Launch

This April, Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center held BODYPUMP Launch Week to kick off exciting LES MILLS™ classes. A kickoff BODYPUMP Launch Class was has held by an amazing instructor team with Victor, Loralee and Carol on Monday, April 21. It featured the latest and greatest music and moves of Release #132. The performance was a “10” with a tremendous and smoking turnout of 25 participants.

A thrilling class environment.

The energy was infectious as participants felt the burn and pushed their limits in a motivational setting. “Launching the new BODYPUMP Quarterly Routine is one of the most fun classes of the season. Anyone who partakes in the classes knows the high energy and excitement a new launch brings,” says Fitness Instructor Loralee, who co-led the class.

There was great camaraderie among the members and instructors, and everyone loves the overall good vibes that launch classes bring. “Launching with Carol and Victor is such an honor, as they are both top-ranked instructors who bring knowledge and energy to the room. We don’t often get to team teach, and the members love our group energy. The BODYPUMP launches are definitely some of my FAVORITE classes,” Loralee says.
