Celebrate Senior Health & Fitness Day with Us.

Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 65 and better will have COMPLIMENTARY access to Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center. Come explore our fitness center, enjoy health screenings, a wellness presentation, and a variety of fun activities and booths staffed by fitness specialists. Snacks and water will be available throughout the day. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer for this day only.

Membership Offer

New members who join on this day will receive $0 enrollment.

Plus, current members who refer a new member will receive a $75 referral credit.

Exciting Health and Fitness activities

9:30 – 10:30 am and 1:00 – 3:30 pm – Chair massages
Blood pressure screenings available throughout the day.
9 am – noon – Skin cancer screenings available.
Noon – 1 pm – Enjoy a smoothie from the Forest Cafe
Enjoy a 25% discount at the Fit Shop.

Classes and special programs  

9:15 am – Chair Yoga in the Banquet Room
10:30 am – BeMoved Dance in the Main Studio
11:30 am – Balance and Stability in the Main Studio
1:00 pm –  Fall Prevention with Linda Egan, PT, a certified fall prevention specialist and the Parkinson’s Program Coordinator at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital.
