Register now for the Elev8 Fitness Challenge, a program designed to enhance both your body and mind. This challenge will push you toward achieving your personal health goals. Whether you join as part of a team or go solo, you’ll gain the tools, motivation, and accountability needed to succeed. With opportunities to earn points, receive personalized training, and enjoy exclusive perks—plus a chance to win exciting prizes—the Elev8 Fitness Challenge is the perfect way to kickstart your 2025 fitness journey and reach your goals.
$299 (House charge, cash, or credit)
Participate as part of a team or individually – the choice is yours.
All participants will receive a hooded long-sleeve shirt and coupon booklet.
Please register by Monday, January 6.
Participants must choose either the Team or Individual Option. Teams will receive group training, while individuals will receive two 30-minute personal training sessions.
Week one: Goal Setting — Complete the S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet and email it to Candace Schneiderheinze at [email protected], or place in drop box located at the fitness desk upon completion.
Week two: Aerobic Exercise — Achieve the recommended 150 minutes of aerobic exercise this week. Log your activities on the provided slip and place it in the drop box located at the fitness desk upon completion.
Week three: Resistance Training — Engage in resistance training for two days this week. Complete either two Volt workouts or a two-day strength workout available at the fitness desk and submit slip in the drop box upon completion.
Week four: Balance — Attend a Stability & Balance class on Wednesday or Friday at 11:30 AM in the Main Studio and have the instructor sign off on your sheet or complete the balance workout available for you at the fitness desk. Place it in the drop box upon completion.
Week five: Flexibility — Take a Yoga class, have the instructor sign off on your slip, and place it in the drop box upon completion.
Week six: Nutrition — Fill out the Nutrition Food Log Worksheet and submit it in the drop box or email it to Candace Schneiderheinze [email protected].
Week seven: Social — Attend 2 different group exercise classes, have the instructors sign off on your slip, and place it in the drop box.
Week eight: Intellectual — Complete the educational crossword puzzle and submit it in the drop box upon completion.
