Core Conditioning

This 25-minute class strengthens and stabilizes the entire core,  rectus abdominis, obliques, hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings and lower back extensor muscles.  Cutting-edge floor work and stability ball exercises are used to enhance abdominal definition and increase core strength.

This class integrates segments of aerobic conditioning, strength training and core development for a triple whammy!  It is easy to follow and guaranteed to challenge every fitness level.

Aqua Aerobics

March 2 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Splash into this low impact cardio and conditioning class. Instructors use the latest aqua-based techniques to provide a high-energy workout that is easy on the joints. Barbells and noodles are also used for upper body and core training. Classes are appropriate for multiple fitness levels and are held in the lap pool.
