A Nashville Night to Remember

This January, Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center held a Nashville Night group exercise class, filled with country line dancing, a western theme and popular country tunes. Members wore their best country outfits and were able to bring a dance partner for even more fun.

Why members loved it.

This class was a unique opportunity to do a workout with a partner. Participants were able to experience a unique date night at the center while being active and having a blast. “The reason I attended the class was to have a fun date night at no cost,” one participant told us. “My favorite part of the class was having fun with my honey while learning dances and listening to the music. The class lifted our mood and we laughed and had a great time.”

This class was designed to be accessible for all dance levels. Even if you have two left feet, you were able to enjoy this no-pressure dance class at your own pace. “The favorite part of this class is that Lesley makes all of her classes fun and easy to follow,” another member told us. “She is amazing.”
