Important COVID-19 Update

Group Exercise and Child Care Cancelled
As a precautionary measure, all Northwestern Medicine Health & Fitness Centers will be canceling all group exercise classes and closing child care effective immediately. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

FitKids Club™ child care is specifically designed for children ages 6 weeks – 12 years old. FitKids Club™ is available to all members with a monthly child care membership or a drop-in fee per visit. We keep your kids physically and socially active without television and electronic activities. Crafts, games, music, and special events enhance your child’s experience while in FitKids Club™. Plus, with all our outside and inside equipment, your kids are sure to have a blast!

Monthly Family Activities
As part of our commitment to improving the health of our community, FitKids Club™ at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center incorporates family activities into our monthly planning. These daily events provide a great opportunity to engage with your children during fun, supervised playtime. Our monthly family activities calendar is available at the FitKids Club front desk.
