
Our Yin Yoga class offers a deeply restorative experience designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body. Each session begins with a 15-minute gentle Hatha yoga warm-up, performed seated on the mat. This intentional start allows participants to ease into movement, preparing both the body and mind for the practice ahead.
As the class transitions into the Yin portion, the focus shifts to stretching the body’s deep connective tissues, including ligaments and fascia. Poses are held for extended periods, typically around three minutes, encouraging a gradual, sustainable release. With guidance from your instructor, you’ll learn how to set up each pose in a way that allows gravity to do the work, creating space for you to relax and turn your attention inward to both physical sensations and mental stillness. A dimly lit studio paired with gentle, calming music completes this peaceful and meditative environment.

Yin Yoga provides a unique complement to more active forms of exercise, helping to improve flexibility, joint mobility and overall balance in the body.
