Cycle Studio

Cycle A cardio workout on a stationary bike.  Cycle classes are technique based and/or terrain based.  Focus on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga with flowing poses and sequences linked to the breath.

Aqua Aerobics

Lap Pool

Splash into this low impact cardio and conditioning class. Instructors use the latest aqua-based techniques to provide a high-energy workout that is easy on the joints. Barbells and noodles are also used for upper body and core training. Classes are appropriate for multiple fitness levels and are held in the Lap Pool.

Bodypump

Main Studio

This class combines moderate weights with high repetition for a total-body workout. Participants will use a combination of free weights and a barbell tostrengthen their major muscle groups.

Aqua Arthritis

Warm Water Pool

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) classes will help you to increase joint range of motion, build muscle strength as well as help reduce pain and stiffness.  Classes are held in the warm water therapy pool and in sessions.  Registration is required

Total Body Yoga

Banquet Room

A multi-level class incorporating breathing, balance and limited strength work. Expect a slow and easy flow of moderate poses and leisurely floor stretches. This class is appropriate for both new and experienced yoga practitioners and is perfect for runners or cyclists.
