Logan Sinnett, a Rising Star in the Lake Forest Community

The Medical Fitness Association (MFA) has named Logan Sinnett as the recipient of the 2021 Rising Star for the Central Region Award. This award is presented to an individual for outstanding achievement and significant leadership within the medical fitness community. Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center is a member of the MFA – the country’s leading organization dedicated solely to medically integrated wellness and fitness facilities.

Being a member of the Medical Fitness Association ensures that Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center will focus on credible prevention and rehabilitation programs that will improve the health and wellness of individuals in Lake Forest and surrounding communities. Plus, the facility will feature the professional expertise and programming to safely and effectively assist people, regardless of their current health statue, to develop, initiate and maintain an active lifestyle that minimizes the risk of illness and disease and promotes health and wellness.
